There’s something about a family session at Sharon Woods Park that always feels easy in the best way. Wide trails, quiet pockets of light, kids with room to move, and enough space for everyone to settle in naturally.
The Harrimans told me ahead of time they wanted to remember the laughter, the sibling dynamics, and all the silly personality traits that make this season of life theirs. Honestly, that became the entire rhythm of the session.
Sessions like this are exactly why I love family photography. It doesn’t need to be perfectly coordinated or completely calm to be meaningful. Sometimes the best images come from creek water, wet shorts, kids interrupting each other, and parents deciding to lean into the chaos.
