Jenkins Family Mini Session – Summit Park- Blue Ash Ohio

This family mini session at Summit Park in Blue Ash, Ohio was extra meaningful because there was so much to celebrate. Mom and Dad were celebrating ten years of marriage, Sabrina was almost one year old, Ramona is turning five, and I was so excited to capture it all.

One detail that absolutely melted my heart was Sabrina wearing the very same blue dress that Ramona wore for her own first birthday photos. Alana is always so thoughtful about making each milestone feel special while keeping everything simple and true to her girls. While the matching dresses made for such a sweet connection between sisters, Ramona also made sure her stuffed kitty joined us for a few portraits. Those little details are the ones I know they’ll love looking back on years from now and help keep things different when we hang out multiple times a year.

As I was editing these images, I couldn’t help but think about how much has changed since their maternity session—and how, somehow, it also feels like no time has passed at all. The girls have grown, their family has grown, and yet the laughter and warmth between them is exactly the same.
