Some weddings feel like a breath of fresh air—laid-back, full of laughter, and rooted in all the right things. Alissa and Jeremy’s wedding at The Marmalade Lily was exactly that.
Set on a beautiful flower farm in Loveland, Ohio, their day was a sweet mix of elevated rustic charm and genuine emotion. From the quiet, private moments to the big bursts of celebration, it was a day full of intentional love.
The day began with Alissa getting ready alongside her mom and sister before heading out for a first look and private vow exchange with Jeremy. One of the most touching parts of their wedding was that Jeremy’s sister Jasmine—who introduced them back in college—officiated the ceremony. Their vows were personal, heartfelt, and uniquely them, spoken beneath the trees with the people who love them most looking on.

Every corner of the venue reflected their personalities, from the cornhole boards and wildflower gardens to the custom cat cake toppers (yes, Guinness and Sangria made an appearance in spirit!). After their “I do,” they walked back down the aisle through a shower of flower-fetti, surrounded by pure joy. It was one of those moments you can’t help but smile through your camera lens.
Alissa and Jeremy are the kind of couple who are just so clearly each other’s person. They’re goofy, grounded, and incredibly sweet—always making space for each other and the people around them. Throughout the day, I watched them prioritize not just each other, but also their families, their friends, and the feeling of togetherness that made their celebration so meaningful.
