Its always fun to do extended Family pictures, but this session was extra special because after photographing the Hartmann family for years, I was able to meet Jeremy’s family. We were able to get a good mix of individual family, cousins, and grandparents’ pictures for our 20-minute mini session.
It was so fun seeing the Dean family for their mini session at Ault Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. It has been so fun to see them over the years as their family has grown. As usual the easiest family member to photograph was Fenway.

Katie and Josh were married on a perfect summer day at Muhlhauser barn. Over their vows, we could hear the chorus of a brood of cicadas for their outdoor ceremony.
Spencer and Christian were married on a gorgeous June day at the Wyoming Civic Center surrounded by their family and friends. Christian had gorgeous sage green, pink, and light blue florals that really popped in the bouquets, and on their floral arch.
Danielle and I originally scheduled her mini maternity session at Ault Park, but the moment I went to take our first picture of the session the sky opened up and it started pouring rain. It made for some fun pictures, but the shoot could only lasy about 5 minutes. So we met at Glenwood Gardens for a reshoot.
Alex and Kris explored Ault Park with me for their spring couples pictures. It was so fun to dance, skip and snuggle our way through the park while I captured their love.
The Schreider family met me at Smale Park for their family mini pictures. It was great seeing them again after capturing Sophia’s newborn pictures last year.
Logan met me at Smale park for his senior portraits in downtown Cincinnati. It was so nice getting to meet him and hear more about his post graduation plans with his own landscaping business already going strong! Way to be Logan!
Its extra special to see the Dirr family at smale park for their mini session, since Brigid is my hairstylist and I get to put faces to the names in her stories over the year. We have talked about her home and the photo galleries she likes to create, so it makes me smile to know that these smiles are going on her walls. <3
