Stephanie and Richie’s wedding at Lake Lyndsay in Hamilton, Ohio was the perfect mix of laughter, love, and pure personality. From start to finish, their day was filled with the kind of moments that remind me exactly why I love storytelling through photography.
They chose a three-hour wedding collection — the ideal amount of time to capture the heart of their day: all the joy, connection, and celebration with the people they love most. We kicked things off with a fake first look that set the tone for the rest of the day — Richie thought he was turning around to see his bride, but instead was greeted by one of his groomsmen in a dress! The reaction? Absolute laughter from everyone around — the perfect icebreaker before the real moment to come.
Their ceremony was heartfelt and completely their own, featuring two unforgettable flower men who tossed petals (and dance moves) from their fanny packs on their way down the aisle. Guests were laughing, cheering, and fully in the moment — exactly how a wedding should feel.
After saying “I do,” Stephanie and Richie made their getaway in the coolest way possible — a vintage blue Cadillac that looked straight out of a movie. The two of them shared a quiet kiss before driving off together, bouquet in hand, ready to start their next chapter.
