Jessica & Daniel’s Skyline Chili Maternity Session in Oakley – Cincinati, Ohio

Some stories start in unexpected places — and for Jessica and Daniel, that place was the Skyline Chili in Oakley. When Jessica told me she’d been craving Skyline’s habanero French fries throughout her pregnancy (as in: stopping by multiple times a week), choosing this location for their maternity session instantly felt right.

They brought a tiny Skyline onesie, a small reader board announcing baby Wilhelm’s April 2026 arrival, and the kind of energy that makes photographing people feel like spending time with old friends. No dramatic maternity posing. No pressure to perform. Just two happy, excited parents-to-be who wanted this session to look and feel like them.

After our time inside Skyline, we stepped out into the fresh snow for a few winter portraits. Cincinnati had just been dusted in white, and the crisp air gave these images a sense of calm contrast to the energy inside. Jessica and Daniel held hands, walked the sidewalks, and soaked in the reality that they’re about to become a family of three. The ultrasound photos made their appearance too — a quiet reminder of the hope and anticipation woven through all the lighthearted moments.
