The Edwards family invited me into their home for an intimate in-home newborn session. Lydia’s nursery was a serene, gender-neutral space, a testament to the family’s choice to keep her gender a surprise until her arrival. The soft hues and calming decor created a perfect backdrop for our session.
Lydia, just a few days old, was an absolute dream to photograph. There’s something truly magical about newborn photography. The innocence, the newness of life, the wonder in their eyes – it’s a privilege to be able to capture these precious early moments.
One of my favorite shots from the day is of Lydia with a soft smile, cuddling her teddy.
